Note: handmade items are made to order and usually takes 5-10 business days to arrive.

  • Australia & NZ: 5-12 Business Days

Please keep in mind that these are only estimated shipping times from when your order has been dispatched. Local holidays in origin countries that may cause a delay in shipping are not considered as business days. If there are any delays or unexpected issues with your order, we will do our best to keep you informed.

All orders include tracking information, which will be sent to you via email within 48 hours after the order has been shipped. Please note that any additional customs, duty, and taxes are not included in our shipping charges. The recipient is responsible for all customs, clearing, and other fees that may be required to ship internationally. However, in most cases, packages shipped to the US and Canada do not require any additional fees.

If there are any issues with the delivery of your package, such as it being lost or stolen, we kindly advise you to contact the carrier and file a claim. Once your order has left our warehouse and has been assigned a tracking number, it is in the carrier's hands for safe delivery.
